As part of MTS, the largest telecom and cloud services provider in the EAEU, I led design initiatives across 9 product teams—from scaling cloud services from 3 to 12 and optimizing AI SaaS solutions to launching a fintech MVP in just six months. By developing UX patterns, refining user flows, and facilitating cross-team collaboration, I delivered solutions that increased profitability, improved user engagement, and accelerated innovation across the company.
